　　历时月余，巡走四座城市，深蓝伏特加大师班诣在发掘和培养对调酒行业有理想和追求的调酒师们。今年6月在上海外滩贰仟金举行的终极大咖秀更是将首届深蓝伏特加大师班推向了高潮。

　　Travelling to four cities over a period of more than a month, the SKYY Masterclass aims to search for and train bartenders with lofty dreams and aspirations. This culminated in the first-ever SKYY Masterclass final showdown that took place at Lady Bund in Shanghai.

来自上海、北京、广州和成都的8位优秀学员经过一下午的学习和交流，展示了各自独创的深蓝伏特加鸡尾酒。最终，来自北京Infusion Room的潘青山凭借自己创作的“桂林山水”打动了评委，最终获选为最佳学员。

　　After an afternoon of learning, eight brilliant bartenders from Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and Chengdu created their own SKYY cocktail. Sam Pan of Infusion Room in Beijing was eventually named the best student after wowing the judges with his cocktail Guilin Scenery.

这款酒以潘青山的家乡桂林为灵感，他说自己在6月端午节小长假期间很想念那里。为了再现家乡的景色、声响和气味，他让评委带上眼罩，然后在四周喷洒用深蓝伏特加浸渍柑橘果皮、柠檬叶、干花和药草做成的香雾，同时播放鸟儿叽啾和叶子窸窣作响的背景音。接着，他以两个听来回拉制的方法制作了自己的鸡尾酒——配方为深蓝伏特加、自制竹叶茶白味美思、橄榄汁和蜂蜜——以茶壶盛放，倒入茶杯饮用。潘青山还带来了自制的椰汁西米糕，用以搭配他的鸡尾酒作品。

　　Pan’s drink was inspired by his hometown of Guilin, which he said he missed during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday inJune. To recreate the sights, sounds and smells of his home, he gave the judges eye masks to wear before spraying a scent in the air around them that he made by infusing SKYY Vodka with citrus peel, lemon leaves, rosemary, dried flowers and herbs, while a soundtrack of chirping birds and rustling leaves played. He then made his drink – a combination of SKYY Vodka, homemade bamboo leaf tea white vermouth, olive brine and honey – by throwing it between two tins, before pouring it into a teapot and serving it in teacups. Pan also paired his drink with a homemade coconut tapioca cake.

评委团由知名调酒师宋鹏、关汉山、冒健强、何浩云和深蓝伏特加品牌大使Otis Steven Florence组成，他们都非常欣赏潘青山对所有感官的调动和对相互冲突的原料的大胆运用，比如蜂蜜和橄榄汁。“咸和甜的结合通常是很冒险的，但他做得非常出色。”Florence说。

　　Judged by bar luminaries such as Kevin Song, Sam Kuan, Jackie Ho,Tree Mao and SKYY brand ambassador Otis Steven Florence, the panel were wowedby Pan’s engagement of all their senses and his daring use of clashing ingredients such as honey and olive brine. “Usually the salty and sweet combination is a very dangerous thing to play with, and he did an excellent job of combining it,” said Florence.
