　　穿过著名的空中无边际游泳池，我来到由名厨Justin Quek担任主厨的 SKY ON 57 餐厅，在这享用了一次精美的午餐，体验美食与美酒的搭配。同时向餐馆的侍酒师Joseph了解如何在餐馆点葡萄酒。诱人的美食加上完美的葡萄酒搭配，一次令人难忘的体验！

　　In this episode, I'm at Sky on 57, the famous restaurant headed by celebrity chef Justin Quek. This beautiful restaurant is located by the amazing infinity swimming pool on the top of the hotel: Sky Park. I enjoyed 3 fantanstic dishes paired with celebrity chef Justin Quek's special selection wines. What a perfect match! Thanks to Joseph, the sommelier of the restaurant, who chat with me over my lunch about how to order wines at a restaurant ; I ate, I drank, I also learned. An unforgetable experience!
