Beef lasagne
如果家里有烤箱,自制意式肉酱宽面(Lasagna) 其实是很简单的。此外,因为可以反复加热,这也是一款很好的轰趴美食。肉酱宽面的好坏极大程度取决于肉酱的制作,此次介绍的是基础版本的肉酱(包含不可或缺的元素),大家可以根据经验和口味不断优化你自己版本的肉酱,也就会成就你家独特肉酱宽面了!
If you have an oven at home, it is actually very easy tomake lasagna yourself. Because you can reheat it multiple times, it also makesperfect party food. The quality of lasagna very much depends on the sauce. WhatI’m presenting here today is an easy version of lasagna sauce, you can createyour own variations to make your own signature lasagna!
材料 Ingredients
盒装的意式宽面(当然有时间的童鞋也可以自制)Box of lasagna pasta,
牛肉馅 Minced beef
洋葱 Onion
胡萝卜Carrots
蒜 Garlic,
罐装番茄酱 Tinned tomato sauce
Mozzarella芝士 Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan芝士 Parmesan cheese
第一步 Step 1
洋葱和胡萝卜切成一公分左右的小块儿。热锅中放入橄榄油(非初榨),小火煸炒洋葱和胡萝卜。炒至变软,将洋葱和胡萝卜中的甜味发挥出来,盛出待用。同一锅中放入切片的大蒜和肉馅,一起煸炒,并加盐和胡椒调味。此时需用中到大火,不然无法炒出肉碎的口感。
Chop the onions and carrots into small pieces. Heat theolive oil in a hot pan, then fry your onion and carrots at low heat. You cannotrush this step, it takes time to soften the onion and carrots to bring out thesweetness. Take them out when soften. In the same pan, add garlic and mincedbeef. Sauté the minced beef at high heat, otherwise you wouldn’t get the colorand texture.
第二步 Step 2
炒至肉碎完全变色后,加入之前炒好的洋葱和胡萝卜,并加入番茄酱,小火炖煮肉酱。因为是最基础版本,并未进行复杂的调味。大家可以根据自己喜好添加香料或者红酒(最多一小杯)调味,使用黄油和芝士也可以增添风味。炖煮10分钟后,盛出待用。
When beef changes color completely, add in the onions &carrots, as well as the tomato sauce. Turn to medium to low heat, and simmerfor 10 mins. There isn’t much herb/spice for this simple version, but you canalways flavor yours with spices or wine (one small glass is more than enough). Usingbutter and cheese can enhance the flavor as well.
第三步 Step 3
烤箱预热200度。在一个烤盘中,最下层平铺一层肉酱,之上铺一层Mozzarella芝士,之后铺一层宽面(如果买的宽面过厚,也可以提前在盐水中快速煮1-2分钟使之变软)。大约铺2-3层后(最上面要放肉酱和芝士),磨碎一些Parmesan芝士在最上面。
Step 3
Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees. In a roasting pan, place onelayer of your meat sauce at the bottom, then a layer of Mozzarella cheese, thena layer of lasagna pasta (if the pasta you have is too thick, you can pre-cookthem in salted boiling water for a couple of mins to soften). Repeat 2-3 layers(ensure meat sauce & cheese on top layer), grate some Parmesan cheese ontop of it.
第四步 Step 4
盖上锡纸后,放入到预热后的烤箱中烤30分钟。之后拿去锡纸,再烤15分钟给最上层的芝士上色。肉酱宽面就完成啦!
Cover with tin foil, bake the lasagna in oven for 30 mins.Then take away the foil, and bake for 15mins more to add color to the cheese.The lasagna is done!
